Kapwa Co. gives ambitious people the opportunity to learn sales, develop as leaders, and discover what they are capable of through challenging, hands-on work.

We are an authorized sales office within Frontier’s retail division. Our team members represent Frontier, a Verizon company, as authorized sales agents.

Previous sales experience is not required. We are looking for people who are willing to learn, accept coaching, remain accountable, and challenge themselves.

Our team members work directly with customers and learn how to communicate with different people, understand their needs, and represent an established telecommunications company professionally.

As team members develop, they may have opportunities to take on additional responsibility, support others, and learn more about leadership, management, territory management, business operations, and scaling.
